A property manager and owner, Khubaib Hussain has opened four retail-focused property management companies in nearly three decades. After operating a 7-Eleven for two years beginning in 1992, Khubaib Hussain opened his first retail property management company, Windy Hill Enterprises, in 1997, a company that manages gas stations and retail strip malls.
In 1999, Khubaib Hussain became the owner of Moreland, Inc, where manages a gas station and adjacent rental units. In 2015, he started KUASI Properties, a company that manages retail rental units. Here, he is in charge of the properties’ operations and finances, handling tenant contracts, vendors, property maintenance, and vendor coordination. He also became the owner of ASI Enterprises in 2015, which is a property management company. His role involves overseeing the daily administrative aspects of the business, tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance, and making sure the company is legally and safety compliant.
Mr. Hussain’s interests are international travel, including visiting Monaco, Switzerland, and Italy. He also enjoys visiting places with natural landscapes. In addition to travel, his hobbies are fitness, exploring nature, eating fine cuisine, and visiting family. He resides in Douglasville, Georgia.
